Violation of license terms. Almetyevsk enterprise will pay a fine

Employees of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out an inspection of the Sabanchinsky sand deposit located in Almetyevskiy district. The audit found that the use of subsoil was conducted in violation of the terms of the license agreement. The organization mined more of the sand than the technical project established, produced subsoil development outside the designated area, and did not have reliable records of the minerals extracted.

The offender faces a fine in the amount of 1 million 100 thousand rubles.
