Nizhnekamsk car enthusiasts will pay fines for parking in the water protected zone
The cars parked in the water-protection zone of the Kama River were revealed by specialists from the Zakamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan during a raid inspection of the territory of the city of Nizhnekamsk. In respect of one of the violators, the inspectors drew up a report on an individual under Part 1 of Article 8.13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, he will have to pay a fine of 1.5 thousand rubles. The second citizen refused to provide his documents to the inspectors, so the environmentalists sent a request to the traffic police to establish the owner of the vehicle for the subsequent drawing up of a protocol under Part 1 of Art. 8.42 Administrative Code and imposition of a fine in the amount of 3 thousand rubles.
