Within the framework of power and authority provided by Art. 3.6 of the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on administrative offenses Torfyanoy settlement was inspected. Inspectors revealed a dump of unauthorized consumption waste disposal in the nearby territory of waste containers placement.
There are more than 40 gardening societies on the coast of Kazanka River. Every day passing by Torfyanoy settlement gardeners throw out consumption waste near waste containers placement. Control check revealed that consumption waste disposal from the territories of gardening societies "Victoria", "Stroitel", "Kazanka", "Dubki", "Vishenka", and "Stoletniy" wasn’t organized properly. Lack of containers, inconvenient sites of waste disposal lay gardeners under the necessity to throw out consumption wastes along the path to Kazan City, and it turns out to be a mass phenomenon. And this in its turn leads to numerous citizens’ claims and to an unattractive look of the housing estate territory.
State inspectors of the Central Territorial Department plan to check the state of affairs on meeting contractual commitments on utilization of consumption waste in the above-mentioned gardening societies. In case of revealed facts of waste disposal regulations abuse, administrative materials under Art. 3.6 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on administrative offenses will be addressed to chairmen of gardening societies, according to which penalty imposing on the official makes up to 30000 rubles, and on the legal entity - up to 500000 rubles.
