Almetyevsk court prosecuted the company for failure to comply with the instructions

The Instruction of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan on imposition of an administrative penalty under Part 1 of Article 8.7 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation in respect of a legal entity was upheld by the Almetyevsk City Court. The Almetyevsk enterprise conducted mining activities for common minerals in the Solovyivsky subsoil area.
