Spring flood is not scary here. More than 390 residents of Arsk are protected from the negative effects of water

The problem of flooding of urban areas was solved in Arskiy district. Routine regulation activities of Kazanka river and the clearing of its left tributary passed to its final stage.

 “The Ministry, within the framework of the delegated authority, began work on cleaning at the expense of the federal subvention. A 2-year government contract was signed for 2018-2019”, said Tagir Valiyev, Head of the Economy and Investment Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan. To date, work has been done on dredging, clearing and flattening the riverbed of the Kazanka river on the length of 1,922 m. According to experts, the amount of the damage prevented will be 656 million rubles.
