128 violations in the sphere of subsoil use have been revealed by ecologists since the beginning of the year. Thus, the inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded 15 cases of unlicensed mining of common minerals, revealed 23 facts of unlicensed mining of groundwater, 90 violations - on failure to comply with licensing conditions. The amount of administrative fines imposed in connection with the illegal development of quarries, amounted to 3.1 million rubles, for groundwater - 1.1 million rubles.
