The decision of the Moskovskiy District Court of Kazan on the claim of Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan toward the Limited Liability Company “Expert RT” on compensation for damage caused to the subsoil in the amount of 7,505,752 rubles entered into force. Let us recall that in the summer of 2017, state inspectors in the field of environmental protection revealed illegal mining of common minerals in the waters of the Nizhnekamsk reservoir.
