Forests preservation is one of the main ecological tasks of mankind. International Day of Forests is celebrated all over the world

In order to draw attention to the problem of forest conservation and its wealth, as well as to raise public awareness of their importance at the international level, a special holiday was established - International Day of Forests or World Day for Protection of Forests.

As part of the celebration, activists of all countries - members of the UN are engaged in planting new trees, hold conferences, seminars and exhibitions, the organizers of which are trying to awaken in people the care of greenery.
