Environmentalists discovered an unauthorized snow dump in Naberezhnye Chelny
In the course of environmental monitoring, experts from the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan found a violation of environmental legislation. In Naberezhnye Chelny, a KamAZ vehicle dumped contaminated snow on a land plot that is not a temporary storage place for snow. According to the results of analysis, samples taken with toxic substances belong to the 4th class of danger. For non-compliance with environmental and sanitary-epidemiological requirements when handling production and consumption waste, substances that deplete the ozone layer, or other hazardous substances, the legal entity was brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 8.2 of the Russian Federation Administrative Code.
