A meeting of the Federal Forestry Agency was held in Kazan

A meeting of the Federal Forestry Agency on “Efficiency of execution of delegated powers of the Russian Federation in the field of forest relations by the subjects of the Volga Federal District: results of 2018 and tasks for 2019” was held today in Kazan Town Hall. The event was held by the Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation - the Head of the Federal Forestry Agency, Ivan Valentik.

Within the framework of the national project “Ecology”, the preservation of forests has become a full-fledged federal project, with a funding volume of 150 billion rubles, stressed Valentik. On the territory of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan is the coordinator for implementation of the national project “Ecology”.
