Illegal mining of mineral resources has been prevented by environmentalists in the residential area of ​​Samosyrovo, Sovetskiy district of Kazan. In the course of monitoring, employees of the State Inspectorate for Environmental Supervision of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded 4 dump trucks and an excavator. The owners of vehicles operating by preliminary agreement carried out mining of commonly used minerals (clays). The total area of ​​the quarry development was about 1,715 m2. The preliminary damage caused to the subsoil is estimated at more than 1.22 million rubles. For unlicensed use of the subsoil, guilty persons will face administrative punishment.
