The case is dismissed: excesses were not identified according to results of investigation in Aisha settlement
An administrative investigation in relation to the complaint of residents of the Aisha settlement of Zelenodolskiy district has been completed. In January, citizens reported on burning smell in the air. The inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and laboratory specialists took air samples as part of control and supervisory measures. According to the results of the analysis of samples, excesses of maximum permissible concentrations were not found, environmentalists reported. However, violations of environmental legislation committed by the company, were still recorded. Environmentalists made an administrative protocol under Art. 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation in relation to an official for non-compliance with environmental and sanitary-epidemiological requirements when handling production and consumption waste.
