The results for the contest “Nature and me”

   The results for the regional creative works competition for students of 6-11 grades “Nature and me” has been summed up in Peschanye Kovali rural library in the Laishevo Municipal District of Tatarstan.

The contest was held in the following categories:

1.     “Drawing”

2.     “Photo”

3.     “Essay on native environmental issues”

4.     “Multimedia”

5.     “Two-dimensional animation”

   On the whole, 135 works have been presented.

   The jurymen paid special attention to the work of the students of Gabishevo grammar school. Their work deals with the condition of the lake next to Gabishevo village.

   Due to enormous recreational pressure the lake is in need of protection. To save the lake, the students cleaned the area next to the lake and talked to people on the rules of preventive behavior on vacation near a body of water.

   Winners and awardees of the contest were awarded certificates of merit, letters of appreciation as well as some ecological literature.
