A fine of more than 600 thousand rubles is imposed on violators of environmental legislation in Almetyevskiy district
A landfill with area of 482 square meters formed as a result of repair of the catering building was identified by experts of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan in April 2018. The contract organization, which allowed the dumping of garbage, is brought to administrative responsibility and must pay a fine of 500 thousand rubles. In addition, they need to carry out landfill reclamation work. However, the legal entity, having disagreed with the decision of environmentalists, appealed to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, which recognized the requirements of environmentalists competent. Now the catering company will have to pay a fine of 100 thousand rubles, develop a passport and keep proper records of waste movement.
