Illegal snow dump was found in Kazan near the Volga river
In the middle of January of this year, inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan fixed illegal snow storage in the Otary settlement of the city of Kazan. The storage area of contaminated snow reagents in the water protection zone spread to more than 10 hectares. According to data from the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of RT, this land plot belongs to a legal entity. Administrative responsibility threatens the violator, a fine on officials from 8 to 12 thousand rubles, on legal entities from 200 to 400 thousand rubles. Due to the presence of signs of a criminal offense, in addition, all materials will be sent to the prosecutor's office and law enforcement agencies for consideration and adoption of an appropriate decision.
