181 appeals were reviewed by environmentalists since the beginning of the year

181 appeals were received by the Republican Public Reception Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan from the beginning of the year. Two of them are through the School Eco-patrol mobile application. Also, ecologists reviewed 56 messages received via the “People's Control” system, and 55 notifications - via e-mail, the Ministry’s “hot line” and WhatsApp, Telegram communication channels. 68 appeals were received at personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry.
