A 300,000 fine was imposed on Kazan enterprise by the decision of the Court for violated extraction of common minerals
Subsoil use in violation of conditions. The trial between the subsoil user and environmentalists ended today in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan in favor of environmentalists. The enterprise, which carried out the mining of common minerals (sand) in Laishevskiy district, violated the requirement of Article 22 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Subsoil”. The inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan imposed administrative punishment on the enterprise in the form of a fine in the amount of 300 thousand rubles. With the requirement to appeal against the actions of environmentalists, the company appealed to the Moskovskiy District Court of Kazan, and then to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. By decision of the two Courts, the resolution of environmentalists was left unchanged.
