A trial of the illegal dumping on the territory of Kulsharipovskiy rural settlement of the Almetyevskiy district has been conducted since April 2018. Then, during the raid, specialists from the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan discovered an unauthorized pile of 105 cubic meters of waste located on the area of 482 square meters. The company was brought to administrative responsibility.

However, the company did not liquidate the dump within the time limit set by the court and did not pay the fine. Now environmentalists sent materials on the case to the court at the location of the legal entity for consideration under Art. 19. 6 "Failure to take measures to eliminate the causes and conditions that contributed to commission of an administrative offense". The organization is also brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Art. 8.7 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation for non-fulfillment or untimely fulfillment of obligations on land reclamation, for which a fine of 400-700 thousand rubles is provided.
