The press-raid at Kirovsky district of Kazan City

Today, inspectors of the Central Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of mass media conducted a raid at Kirovsky district of Kazan City in the framework of a two-month sanitary and ecological campaign on cleaning of cities and districts of Tatarstan that started on April 1.
Deputy Head on the organization of municipal monitoring of Kazan Executive Committee, Chief of the Administrative and Technical Inspection Ramil Mullin also took part in the campaign.
During the tour Arkhangelskaya and Poselkovaya streets as well as Gorkovskoye Road were inspected.
The place of unauthorized waste disposal was revealed in Arkhangelskaya street, near Lagernaya station.
For several years construction waste has been dumped here illegally. A land plot with unauthorized waste disposal is in the ownership of Kirovsky District Administration – they will be charged to clean this territory.
As the Head of the Department of Administrative and Technical Inspection Ramil Mullin says, at the moment they are looking for an investor who will recultivate these lands and set up here his private enterprise.
In arrears a two-month campaign has positive results as well. So, for example, the place of unauthorized waste disposal in Poselkovaya street was liquidated. However, as the inspector of the Central Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Rifkat Khuziev pointed out, it is not enough to clean the territory, it is necessary to improve it, and to constantly keep a check on its cleanness.
The place of unauthorized waste disposal was revealed in the territory of the burned-down school by Gorkovskoye Road. For about 2 years, this land plot has been in the ownership of the investor, who had to construct a shopping center there. As the territory isn't completely fenced, illegal import of construction and household waste began. The appropriate measures of administrative influence will be imposed on the owner for committed violation.
