Inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan found a violation of environmental legislation, namely, restriction of free access to the 20-meter-long coastal strip of the water body (Kuibyshev reservoir). According to the revealed facts, an administrative protocol was drawn up under Article 8.12.1 of the Administrative Code of the RF. The violator voluntarily decided to demolish a concrete fence that restricts access to the shoreline of the water body. For today violation is eliminated.
