Environmentalists warn: provision of false reports of SMEs is liable to administrative responsibility

10 enterprises of the South-Eastern region of Tatarstan will have to paid administrative fines of up to 250 thousand rubles. Upon submission of SMEs reports to the Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, they provided false documents. “Submission of SMEs reports that have inaccurate, false information, as well as information that is not confirmed by documents provided as attachments to reporting forms an administrative offense in its actions, responsibility for which is provided for in Art. 8.2 of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation", - explain environmentalists.
