Maximum control over the discharge of wastewater was provided thanks to the efforts of environmental agencies at Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Atninskiy housing and utilities enterprise"
A 100% result was achieved at the wastewater treatment plant of the Atninskiy Housing and Utilities Enterprise. Reconstruction of biological treatment plant is a set of measures taken to prevent the discharge of untreated sewage into the Atninka River, identified by environmentalists in 2013. According to the results of the joint investigation by the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Tatar environmental inter-district prosecutor's office, the perpetrators were brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Article 8.14 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, Article 8.15 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. And in April 2014, the Atninskiy District Court of the Republic of Tatarstan issued a decision on the obligatory conduct of the reconstruction of biological treatment plant.
