Efficiency of water management in the Volga basin was discussed today at the regular meeting of the Basin Council of the Upper Volga basin district in Cheboksary. The event was attended by the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Aleksandr Shadrikov.
