For debts to nature three residents of the central region of Tatarstan will not be released abroad

The ban on going abroad is set for three residents of the Central Region for outstanding debts to nature. As early as 2013, the inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan brought a resident of Kazan to administrative responsibility for dumping waste under Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Non-compliance with environmental and sanitary-epidemiological requirements for handling waste from production and consumption).
