Minister’s visit to Almetyevsk

Artem Sidorov, the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Administrator of Almetyevsk Municipal District participated today in the 12th session of Almetyevsk Municipal District Council. The main topic brought up for discussion concerned elections of the Head of Almetyevsk Municipal District. The session was held in Almetyevsk Dramatic Theatre with participation of Farid Mukhametshin, the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.
On behalf of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Farid Mukhametshin put forward Mazit Salikhov as a candidate for the Head of Almetyevsk Municipal District and the Chairman of Almetyevsk Municipal District Council.
Following the results of the secret ballot, Mazit Salikhov was unanimously elected Head of Almetyevsy Municipal District and Chairman of Almetyevsk Municipal District Council.
