President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law "On Amendments to the Federal Law" On Environmental Protection" and Articles 1 and 5 of the Federal Law "On Amendments to the Federal Law "On Environmental Protection" and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" in part of creating systems for automatic control of pollutant emissions, discharges of pollutants", the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia announced.
