Eсо-educational meeting

As part of environmental education to the young generation, the state inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan met with the pupils of Municipal Educational Institution “Peschaniye Kovali secondary school” of Laishevo district in Peschaniye Kovali rural library on February 28.

The following issues were discussed at the meeting:
- Modern ecological aspects of the homeland environment rehabilitation and conservation.
- Ecological state of Lake Kovalinskoye and the evidence of infringement of the environmental legislation with regard to its water conservation area.
- State of green plantings in the territory of the village Peschaniye Kovali and their value for the village life.

The pupils told about their contribution to the study of their native village ecology as well as the ecology of Lake Kovalinskoye and green plantings. The state inspectors Pavel Sergeev and Rifkat Khuziev pointed out the importance of this meeting with regard both to environmental awareness and to the search of solutions to existing environmental problems of the pupils’ homeland.
Those who took active part in preparing and carrying out of the event were presented with Red Books and ecological literature.
