Social Council Session

Today, the session of the Social Council being the first this year was held at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The issue “On approval of the activity plan of the Social Council under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2012” was brought up for discussion at the session.

The key points of the activity plan were as follows:

- Organization and carrying out of All-Russian Days of protection against environmental hazard;

- Carrying out a two-month campaign for sanitary purification of cities and settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan;

 - The course of implementation of the long-term target program “Environmental protection of Nizhnekamsk and Nizhnekamsk Municipal District for 2011-2015” (field session in Nizhnekamsk).

Following the session results, the activity plan of the Social Council under the Ministry was approved.
