Today, within the framework of the International Day for the Reservoirs Clearing, an environmental campaign took place on the Volga River. The specialists of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and representatives of the regional branch of the Russian Geographical Society evaluated the quality of water and bottom sediments on the main water artery of the republic. After immersing to a depth of 18 meters, the divers of the Russian Geographical Society took samples of the soil.
