Criminal punishment overtook the "black digger" of Apastovskiy District

A resident of the Apastovskiy District was brought to criminal responsibility for illegal sand mining. The fact of license-free extraction of common mineral resources was identified by inspectors of Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in February last year.
