A zonal training seminar for the heads of rural settlements on topical issues of local self-government was held in Bavly town. Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources - the Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of Environmental Protection Fayaz Shakirov took part in the meeting.
