The case of the Eleventh Arbitration Appeal Court of Samara ended with repeal of the decree of the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. Back in September, the inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology detected the fact of illegal use of mineral wealth in Almetyevskiy district. According to the estimates of environmental specialists, as a result of unlicensed extraction 739.2 m³ of common minerals (crushed stone) were recovered.
