Environmental specialists fixed violation of air protection rules in the territory of the Nizhnekamsk enterprise

The fact of incineration of garbage without further purification was fixed in the territory of the Nizhnekamsk enterprise by the inspectors of Zakamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Heat treatment of waste was carried out without special installation. For violation of environmental legislation, the inspectors of Zakamskiy administration have brought an official body to administrative responsibility under art. 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The violator will be punished in the form of a fine of 10 thousand rubles.
