Apostage stamp commemorating Great Arctic Reserve was put into post circulation

Apostagestamp commemorating Great Arctic Reserve,the largest reserve in the country and entire Eurasia,came into the market of theRussian Post branch. This factwas reported on the official website of the Russian Federation Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology. This postmark is issued in 184,000 copies. Each of them depicts a white owl in the background of the arctic landscape.
