Metal containers dump with traces of oil was revealed by the inspector of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources in Almetyevsky District. While investigating, environmental experts found out that the discovered containers belong to the lot of petroleum products purchased by LLC “New Technologies”. For failure to comply with the legal requirements of the official carrying out proceedings on the case of administrative violation, the company was hold three times administratively liable under the decision of Chistopol City Court under Article 17.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. Due to non-compliance with environmental and sanitary-epidemiological requirements when handling waste products, the environmental experts drafted administrative protocols under Article 8.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, and submitted materials to Almetyevsk City Courtin relation to the legal entity. The company has to eliminate the violation and pay administrative fine in the amount of 350 thousand rubles.
