Failure to fulfill obligations on disposal of wastes turned to the Kazan management company as a fine in amount of 100 thousand rubles
The penalty for the cluttered territory will be paid by LLC "MC Zhilishchnik-4". The Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan dismissed the complaint against the previous decision of the Soviet district court of Kazan.
The proceeding in respect of the inadequate quality of work of the Kazan management company was initiated in September 2017. Then the WhatsApp messenger of the Ministry of Ecology of Tatarstan received a collective complaint from residents of 6 multi apartment buildings. During the inspection the inspectors of the Central Territorial Department found out, that household wastes in the amount of 8 cubic meters cluttered the territory with a total area of 42 m2. The company was brought to responsibility under Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of RF for non-compliance with environmental and sanitary and epidemiological requirements during handling wastes of production and consumption, substances that deplete the ozone layer, or other hazardous substances. LLC "MC Zhilishnik-4" disagreed with the opinion of ecologists, and decided to challenge its guilt in the Soviet district court of Kazan, and then in the Supreme Court of the Republic. The decision of the inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology was supported by the courts of all instances.
