New wastewater treatment plant will be built in the Bugulma Region

New wastewater plant will be built this year in the Podgorny village of theBugulma Region. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the administrtaion of the Bugulma municipal region signed the agreement on construction of these facilities.

Let us remind, that it is the lack of treatment facilities in the village, which caused the discharge of untreated sewage waters on the ground in October 2017. The violation of environmental laws was detected by the inspectors the South-Eastern Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The materials on this fact were sent by the inspectors of the South-Eastern Department to the Tatar Nature Protection Interdistrict Prosecutor's office for taking measures of prosecutorial response.
