Ecologists obliged the organization "MC "Alabuga - 2 Petrochemistry" to install storm sewers and remove the fence
The Leninogorsk company "MC "Alabuga-2.Petrochemistry" was obliged to install the storm drain and remove the fence. for violation of environmental legislation. This decision was made by Leninogorsk municipal court. Earlier on the territory of the organization the inspectors of the South-Eastern territorial department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan noted the absence of stormwater and the presence of the fence, restricting the free access of citizens to the Kamyshla River. For violation of environmental legislation the ecologists have brought the management company to administrative liability under the following articles:
- Part 1 of Article 8.45 of the Administrative Code;
- Article 8.12.1 of the Administrative Code.
The administrative fine was imposed to the organization by the South-Eastern territorial department for a total amount of 500 thousand rubles and received the order to rectify the violation. The management company did not agree with such punishment, and challenged the decision in Leninogorsk and Almetyevsk city courts and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. The courts of all instances supported the resolution of ecologists and recognized the Leninogorsk organization "UK "Alabuga – 2. Petrochemistry" as the violator.
