A fine of 1.2 million rubles and compulsory land recultivation. Such punishment will be borne by the organization "Leninogorskneftstroy" for illegal extraction of clay. The decision on this issue was made by the Almetyevsk City Court, which supported the side of the inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The violation of environmental law was identified by the ecologists in August 2017 during their raid on the Almetyevsk District. The inspectors of the South Eastern Administration brought the enterprise to responsibility under Part 1 of Article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for the unlicensed extraction of clay. The company, disagreeing with the indictment, filed a complaint to the Almetyevskiy City Court.
