Illegal dumping of wastes. The Almetyev City Court has found guilty the company "Corall" in violating the environmental legislation

The Almetyev City Court found guilty the company of the Neftegrad "Corall" in committing the environmental offense. The organization unsanctionedly placed in Almetyevsk the wastes from construction. The illegal landfill on the area of 100 m2 was recorded by the inspectors of the South East Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. On this fact the ecologists issued an administrative protocol under Art. 8.2 of the Administrative Code of Russia for the violator. All materials on this fact were transferred to the Almetevsk City Court, which recognized the organization "Corall" guilty of violation of the environmental legislation.
