400, 000 rubles for unauthorized excavation of sand. By the decision of Bugulma Court the company is found guilty

The administrative fine in the amount of 400 thousand rubles was imposed. The Bugulma enterprise will bear such punishment for illegal development of the career. The dispute between constructors and ecologists was finished by the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The administrative case against the construction company was initiated by the inspectors from the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in October 2017. Then ecologists in the course of the raid in Leninogorsk District  have revealed the fact of illegal extraction of the common mineral resourse (sand). The development of the subsoil was carried out on the site, defined for the needs of the district. And, as the ecologists have found out, they were taken out for construction of the previously funded object.
