Experience of Tatarstan in ECO education to be demonstrated at 5th All-Russian Conference "Environmental Education Today. Look into the future"

To discuss topical issues in the field of ECO education and determine the tasks of work on the formation of ecological culture. With this, V All-Russian Conference "Ecological Education Today. A look into the future" opened today. Within the framework of the event, participants will exchange experience on improving the quality of environmental education, discuss changes in legislation in the field of environmental protection and ways to adapt the activities of enterprises to new requirements. The coordinator of the environmental movement "Mussora.Bolshe.Net.Naberezhnye Chelny" Guzel Krasnoperova will share the experience of Tatarstan in fostering a careful attitude to nature and the formation of ecological culture. Within the framework of the section "Interaction of state, public and youth organizations in eco-education of the population of Russia", the activist will talk about the interaction of the movement with the city's educational institutions within the framework of the Promotion project “Eco-assets”. Recall, the project “Eco-assets” is implemented by the Naberezhnye Chelny branch of the All-Russian Ecological Movement "Musora.Bolshe.Net" in conjunction with the Prikamsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Department of Education and Youth Affairs of the Naberezhnye Chelny Executive Committee. In the 2016-2017 academic year, it united more than 50 schools of Autograd the students of which organized collection of waste paper, used batteries and plastic bottles, held clean-ups in the territory of their city.
