License given, but terms not respected. Almetyevsk company was brought to administrative responsibility for illegal mining

The fact of using subsoil with violation of conditions was revealed by the inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in Almetyevsk District. In the subsoil "Solovyevsky" the construction company carried out the extraction of common mineral (crushed stone) on agricultural land. For failure to comply with the requirements of the license agreement, the legal entity was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 2 of Article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Use of subsoil with violation of the conditions stipulated by the license for the use of subsoil, and (or) the requirements of the technical project approved in the established procedure), a fine of 300 thousand rubles. An order was given on the elimination of the reasons and conditions that contributed to the commission of an administrative offense.
At present, the enterprise fulfilled the monetary obligation. The issue of eliminating the violation is under control of environmentalists.
