Orders of inspector fulfilled. Access to lakes of Nizhnekamsk district is open

Infringements of the nature protection legislation were recorded by the inspectors of the Zakamsky territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in July this year. Then during the inspection on water bodies it was revealed that access to the Dolgoye and Karakul lakes is restricted. The buildings erected by some Nizhnekamsk citizens occupied the coastal strip intended for public use. The inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology of RT made an administrative report against the violators under Article 8.12.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation: Non-compliance with the provision of free access of citizens to the water body of the public use and its coastal strip. They gave an order about the demolition of unauthorized buildings. By now violations have been eliminated. Fence, bridge and utility building, which limited citizens' access to water bodies, have been dismantled.
