According to ecologists’ orders, Les-Service carried out work to improve gas-dust collecting unit

A number of measures to improve the quality of gas treatment plants were made according to the requirements of ecologists in the Chelny enterprise Les Service. According to the instructions of the inspectors of the Prikamsky Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the company has improved the quality of the gas-dust collecting unit and the sealing of joints and assemblies. The inefficiency of the operation of these facilities caused the discharge of polluted substances into the atmospheric air. Suspended substances in the air were fixed by ecologists in September of this year. In addition, in the course of the inspection the inspector of the Prikamsky Administration found that the company does not have permission to release harmful substances into the air. These facts are a violation of Art. 30 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Atmospheric Air” and “General Requirements for the Operation of Gas Treatment Plants”. The ecologists made an administrative report against the offender on the part 1, Art. 8.21 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Emission of harmful substances into the atmospheric air or harmful physical effects on it without special permission) and part 3, Art. 8.21 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Violation of the rules of operation, failure to use facilities, equipment or apparatus for gas treatment and controlling the emission of harmful substances into the air, which can lead to its contamination, or the use of faulty specified facilities, equipment or apparatus). All materials on the fact of the absence of the permission were transferred to the Naberezhnye Chelny city court, which ordered to suspend the activities of the organization for 30 days. In order to eliminate the violation of the enterprise, an order was issued. According to the requirements of ecologists, Les Service carried out works to improve the efficiency of the gas-dust collection unit and the sealing of joints and assemblies. The inspectors of the Prikamsky Territorial Administration continue to monitor the activities of this enterprise.
