Students in Chistopol took part in ECO-lesson on the eve of autumn vacation

With the intellectual ECO-fest was ended the first quarter in gymnasium No. 2 in the Chistopol district. A cognitive event for students was conducted by the teachers together with specialists from the Volga-Kama territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The ecologists told the children interesting information about the natural objects of the republic, introduced them to the Red Book and conducted the game. Within the practical part of the lesson, the students were divided into 6 teams, each of which presented its environmental project. With pencils and paints, the children painted on the posters the main issues of environmental protection, which every resident of Chistopol should pay attention to. In addition, they suggested ways to address them: conduct regular cleanups, actions on planting trees and separate waste collection. Specialists of the Volga-Kama Department supported the ideas of schoolchildren and noted that the start of waste collection activities can be given during the fall period, and the results of the ECO-action should be summed up at the end of the school year.
