Lessons of ecological education in Kazan schools. Inspectors of Ministry of Ecology told about nature protection

To popularize the culture of careful attitude to nature. Ecologists of the republic joined the All-Russian Festival of Energy Saving “Together Brighter”. Within the framework of the action timed to the Year of Ecology in Russia, the inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of Tatarstan conducted lessons on an environmental theme in a number of general educational institutions of Kazan. They told schoolchildren about environmental actions and events held in the Republic in the Year of Ecology and Public Spaces, together with the kids, considered possible energy-saving options in school and at home. Quizzes and competitions were organized for the students, the most active were awarded with memorable gifts. “Activities of environmental orientation help students realize the importance of their direct participation in the nature protection. Often it is the younger generation, schoolchildren with an active civic position that help inspectors promptly identify and prevent violations of environmental legislation,” said senior specialist of the 3rd category of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Tkachuk.
