LLC GC Vtormet prosecuted for illegal mining of mineral resources

A 28-meter well in Leninogorsk was identified by the inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. On the territory of the metal warehouse of LLC GC Vtormet groundwater extraction was carried out. Ecologists found that the enterprise is developing a field without the required license. On this fact, the inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology drawn up an administrative report against the infringer in accordance with Part 1 of Article 7.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, and appealed to the Novo-Savinovsky District Court with a lawsuit about the suspension of LLC GC Vtormet activities for the groundwater extraction. The court made a decision to satisfy the demands of environmentalists. The operation of the water intake well must be suspended until obtaining of the license.
