To educate and motivate to action. In Naberezhnye Chelny the opening of the project “Eco-assets-2017” was held. The event for the students was organized by the activists of the Naberezhnye Chelny branch of the All-Russian Ecological Movement “Musora.Bolshe.Net” in conjunction with the Prikamsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Department of Education and Youth Affairs of the Naberezhnye Chelny Executive Committee. More than 200 representatives of environmental associations from educational institutions of the city gathered in the City Palace of Children's and Youth Creativity No. 1. They jointly determined the plans for carrying out nature protection measures in this academic year. The students of the Executive Committee of Naberezhnye Chelny, specialists of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan and representatives of environmental companies addressed the students. They appealed to the participants with a call for active participation in holding cleanups, collecting recyclables and conducting competitions. “You are part of a large ecological movement. On the extent to which you are active, the well-being of our environment depends,” said Vladimir Muzafarov, the leading specialist of the Prikamsk Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology. Also within the framework of the event were summed up and awarded the winners of the 12th ecological action “Second Life to Paper”.
The project Eco-assets is aimed at shaping the students' ecological thinking, forming a culture of handling waste products. Within the framework of the program, environmental actions to collect waste paper and plastic bottles, environmental lessons, contests of agitation videos and posters will be organized.
