LLC Art-Story suspended for 10 days for air pollution

Black smoke, unpleasant odour, and no permission. Non-observance of the air protection rules was revealed by the inspectors of the Prikamsky territorial department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan during the inspection made after request of the citizens of Naberezhnie Chelny. The source of the smell was found immediately. It turned out that LLC Art-Story carried out the heating of the bitumen. The samples collected by ecologists showed the presence of pollutants in the air, namely carbon monoxide. For the release of harmful substances into the atmospheric air without permission, the inspector drafted an administrative report against the legal entity on Part 1, Article 8.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The case materials were sent to the Naberezhnye Chelny city court. By the decision of the Court, the activity of LLC Art-Story was suspended for 10 days.
